Mainframe is hosting the monthly First Friday Open House on November 7 and you are invited! The theme for this month is “Dualities” celebrating the collaboration between artists who use different media from one another. There will be food, drink, music and lots of beautiful and innovative art, so come join us!
My most recent collaboration has been a series of paintings for a book with author Betsy Ellis Bowles. You can meet her at the Open House, and see some of my pet portraits, in Studio 273. Her book Sasha: A Memoir is now published and available on Amazon. The author has agreed to do book signings at Mainframe studio 273 on Friday November 7 from 5-8pm. Please bring your copy in, meet Betsy and have her sign your book. We will have a few copies available in the studio. And let me know if you are interested in a portrait of your pet.
